I had a significant amount of work I needed done to my car, Tiffany the Office Manager is fantastic and so kind, she called me throughout the process as they went through the vehicle and found parts I needed, Tiffany shopped around while on the phone with me to find the cheapest price, made sure I knew every detail as the continued to work on the car so I had no surprise bill. They are quick and incredibly fairly priced. My car was perfect compared to when I pulled in. I had 4 tires put on, oil change with a few things that came along with that, new lug nuts and most importantly needed two new flex pipes and my Jeep sounded like a Harley Davidison and I left and my car was purring like a cat lol!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I live in Sullivan County and will drive to Orange County moving forward I will not service my car anywhere else again! 100% 10 STAR”

“Chris at A and W saved my family! We were in the area on vacation from Massachusetts and my F150 broke down. The AAA rep (Sebastian Diaz I think) who helped me recommended A and W in Goshen and I am so thankful. I had the truck dropped off after hours and called first thing in the morning. Chris was very attentive, understood the urgency and promised to prioritize our service. The truck was fixed on time and we were able to leave on our expected date of departure and I could not have asked for better. AND the price was less than quoted! Thank you for everything”
“Great experience. I have an old VW GTI that needed a timing belt, ac compressor and a few small things done. I have multiple cars and work on everything myself, but was too busy to be able to get the work done on my own. Brought my car here and they had gotten it done very fast and did excellent work. They made it easy for me to contact them through email and over the phone, as I have a very busy schedule. I was even able to drop the car off and pick it up after hours, completely problem free. It is very difficult to find reputable shops, so if you’re looking for one, this is the place!”

“John and his crew saved me in quite the pinch! I was over 100 miles from home when my alternator went in Otisville. I contacted the shop in the late afternoon and John's daughter was able to make arrangements to have someone get my car to the shop. I was leaving the country the next day so I was in a very bad spot. Ulee's was able to get the new alternator and have it installed almost instantly after I arrived, at a fair price!! Just really great people that put their customers first! I wish we had a Ulee's where I live! Honest, hard working, personable auto shops like Ulee's are hard to come by! Thanks John, for saving me! “I happened to be in Goshen for a day and my AC was not blowing as cold as it should. I have a newer car with newer AC system and so started calling around to see if anyone could work on it sa.e day. Mike personally called me back within 15 minutes and told me to bring it over. I dropped it off and 4 hours later he had it backed to me blowing super cold. His communication was great, service was awesome, and attention to detail great. He even called me right before he left the shop for the day to make sure it was still blowing cold. That was probably my first and last time in Goshen, but I would recommend Mike's Auto Care to anyone. Thanks Mike, you did great!”
“My car had some issues on the highway and the engine was sputtering. Pulled over to the side of the road and googled a repair shop and found DBOYS Automotive. Not only did he drop everything to help us out, but found the issue in five minutes. A hose had come loose. He put it back on and didn't charge me anything for it. Just said it was a courtesy he does for his clients. I pass by there every few weeks. I will go back there for my regular maintenance from now on.”

“Updated Review: After our original communications with the dealership and leaving this review we did hear from a manager. The manager was really helpful and ultimately hashed out a solution with Ford which included getting the fix for the vehicle done now. The wipers are now working and the manager is going to assist with making sure the work is covered as part of the known recall. Would say 4 stars because of the amount of effort to get to this point, but I gave 5 stars for the manager making a resolution happen quickly.
Original Review: Not the most helpful when the car has issues. My mother's 2020 Ford Escape with less than 100k miles has wipers that keep stuttering, freezing up midway, and then not moving at all. There is a recall, but no fix for all potentially impacted vehicles has been designated. In the meantime, Ford knows that for vehicles that actually have the issue, a motor replacement will get the wiper to work. Healey and Ford America both refuse to cover the work despite their known defect, so my mother has a car that can't be safely driven in snow/rain, or any less-than-ideal weather. Great job of standing by the product they sell.”

“I had recently brought my 2022 Nissan Pathfinder into Ramsey of Nissan to have my transmission serviced ,oil change and tire rotation. While I was having my service done the service advisor came to me and stated that my front lower control arms and ball joints needed to be replaced at the price of $1,744 dollars.
I had explained to the service advisor that I found no problem with my vehicle that it drives fine and that I have no problems with any vibrations, wheel alignment issues or any sort of wear on my brand new tires that I had put on 14 months ago. The service advisor expressed concern and said that it really needed to get it done as soon as possible. So I explained to him that I would look into the situation and get back to him because it made no sense knowing how I take care of my vehicle and how I have been driving it.
When I arrived back home I decided to bring it to South Street tire and Auto in Warwick New York because I heard so much good things about the repair shop and how honest they are. I had called the shop and explain the situation to the service advisor and he told me to bring the vehicle in right away that they would check it out and give me their evaluation.
Upon arriving the service advisor had the mechanic bring the vehicle in right away. Upon their evaluation they had found nothing absolutely wrong with my vehicle that Nissan was telling me they were very concerned about. So the mechanic even brought me in the the garage to see for myself and everything that Nissan had stated under my vehicle I needed to be fixed looked like brand new on my vehicle. So from that day on, I will no longer be going back to Nissan of Ramsey any more. I really do appreciate South Street tire and Auto for checking my vehicle and giving me their honest opinion. From today on they will always be now my auto repair shop for all my automotive needed repairs. Thank you once again South Street tire & Auto of Warwick New York.”
