“I had a good experience here. The woman at the front desk was polite and courteous. I didn’t have to wait more than a couple minutes to get my blood drawn. And the phlebotomist was kind and did a great job drawing my blood. I would recommend this location.”

“Central Med was a clean, efficient facility with kind and knowledgeable staff. I had a much better experience at this urgent care than at any other urgent care I’ve visited in the past.”

“Awesome service, super nice and friendly during an uncomfortable time for me. Also got my results earlier than expected. Hopefully I’ll never have to go back, but if I’m ever asked where someone should go, I’ll be suggesting you guys.”

“I'm telling you...I actually am a real customer whom had a real visit with a real team member and not a sponsor, employee or bot. Joanne earned these 5 stars! I read the reviews beforehand but I wanted to see for myself. People, if that's the way it was in the past, then so be it but it is in no way even near the neg reviews that we read today posted from people with bad experiences
from yesterday. Joanne, simply the best!
Quest, you need more like her and that's a fact! She's the reason for this rating.”

“I brought my 82yr old mom in for a blood draw. Richard was our technician. Richard was timely, caring, and all around lovely. My mom says she has “bad veins that roll, and technicians have trouble finding them, often stabbing 4x”. ??
Richard took a look and had a vein the first try.
My mom was amazed and impressed.
Thank you so much Richard for making out visit smooth and stress free!!
We will def make all further lab appts here”

“I go to the Latham location at least 3-4 times a month. I have NEVER had an issue with anyone! Jae draws me and is always professional, efficient and goes above and beyond EVERY time. The longest I ever wait is perhaps 10 minutes. Do not let any negative reviews deter you, labs are busy places and dealing with the public is not easy! The staff here are great!”

“I wish I could get all my labs done at this location. The staff has been generally pleasant or at least basically courteous over the years I’ve used it, and I’ve never had a bad stick at this lab (which is more than I can say about some other labs).”

“I was nervous about going in for my appointment that my new job set me up with based on the reviews. Upon arrival, everything went very well and the staff was all very helpful from the front desk to the NP that did my physical. Even when my company did not send the proper paperwork, they were extremely helpful in rectifying the issue. I am normally not one to write reviews but I felt like the rating posted on here does not reflect the reality of this business!”

“You know you have thyroid disease when you're on a first name basis with your phlebotomist. I've been going to this LabCorp location for about 5 years for both my routine blood work for physicals and for my frequent blood work for my thyroid. The staff is friendly and polite. The phlebotomist always complies with my request for a butterfly needle rather than the regular needle as I think they hurt less and after getting stuck ever 6-10 weeks for the last 10+ years I have a lot of scar tissue over everyone's preferred vein, so the butterfly needle hurts less. My primary care nurse practitioner gets my test results quickly (usually less than 3 days). The facility is very clean and well maintained. It is conveniently located off of Everett Road. Testing can be done on a walk-in or appointment basis. They open at 6:30am, so if you need to do fasting blood work and are grumpy, like me, without breakfast first thing in the morning, you can get in and get out quickly and go get breakfast long before you need to be at work. The friendly phlebotomist and impeccably clean facilities are not hallmarks of some of the other LabCorp locations in the Capital Region (in fact other LabCorps have been 1 star experiences because of rude phlebotomist). I withhold one star because (1) they are sticking me with a needle, so how much can I really like them and (2) occasionally there is up to a 30 minute wait without an appointment and (3) seldom is anyone able to answer the telephone (because they are with a patient).”
