“I sent my wife’s car to Smithtown Autobody recently and the minute I walked in i felt at ease when I spoke to the front desk. Then I spoke to Kevin and I discussed the dilemma I was in. The whole process was flawless from start to finish and the body shop is top notch. I had a cracked back panel on my wife’s Subaru forester. They fixed the problem and made the car look like it came out of the showroom.
Also to top it off they not only cleaned the outside of my wife’s car, they also cleaned my wife’s inside as well, and it was super clean which was unexpected but also very gratifying to see, and professional on all levels.

“My car was towed here after an accident. Tom made sure to get me my registration off the window, and my plates. His guys helped carry bags of soil we had in the trunk to my husband's car. He also buffed out some minor damage on my husband's car while there (no charge)! My car was being totaled, otherwise I would've had the work completed here. Even though he knew my insurance company was picking up the car, he went out of his way to help us!”
