He had a wine of people and was the only person there he handled everything for all of us with patience and understanding as we all had to change our codes because they just changed ownership in front of us was the older woman who is losing two giant storage units and is late on her payments and we all had to wait while she asked 30 questions which is understandable. Colin handled it like a pro. Your company is lucky to have he like this young man.”

“I lost the keys to the storage lock and so I called the office and let them know I would come in the following morning.
Once they opened in the morning I went inside the office and let Faith know about my situation. She was very polite and directed me to signing an online release form. She went and grabbed a drill and we walked to my storage. I didn't have a regular lock which hangs on the outside. The one I had was a circular lock which you place inside the lock area and it locks in when you turn the key. This type lock goes inside and so you cannot use a bolt cutter.
Faith was very patient and it took three drill bids, and two, three batteries, as well as a flat head screw driver and hammer to get the lock out. It took some time and grit, but Faith was patient and good spirited the whole time. I wanted to help, but she told me she had it, and she did.
I appreciated her assistance because she could of just given up and called a locksmith after a little bit of time. She stayed with it and got the job done. I was sorry to have caused so much work, but at the same time appreciative. Five stars in every category for Faith over at the 5th Avenue location.”

“I needed a pick-up truck for a few hours to haul away some home debris. I was fortunate to find one available at this location. I felt the entire rental process was easy, both the pick up and the return agents were courteous, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the vehicle clean and ready to go. While it doesn't always happen when renting, it was almost new which was a plus.”
