“I walked into the store (Smith Haven Mall) and was greeted by a person who said hello and welcomed me. Two seconds lady a woman came over to help me . (amazing now a days)I explained that I needed a jacket for a trip to Ireland. She then called another associate over because she was more knowledgable about raincoats. Her name was Stephanie and not only did she "know her raincoats" she listened to my needs and had some immediate choices. She had just been there herself and it was lovely speaking with her. She helped me pick the perfect jacket! The cashiers were even very friendly. I now also have an LLBEAN credit card. It is so rare now a days to get such personal service. You have a great store with some wonderful associates, especially Stephanie.”

“I must say Cassandra and her entire staff are the best. I’m from out of town here in NY doing a little shopping. I lost my debit card in the Reebok store. Cassandra and her entire staff made me feel like they lost their card. The amount of professional and personal care was above board. It’s refreshing in these uncertain times that the Reebok staff took time out to share my personal pain! From moving racks to viewing tape, I was pleasantly pleased with Cassandra and her staff. I understand why corporate has her in charge.

“They are the best, they have got the best fleece as well as sweatshirt and sweat pants, however they don't have anyoutlets near smithtown/kingspark/commack. All prices are very fair and they have got the best quality of shoes among all brands.”

“Needed a new rod and reel, something lightweight for the weakfish my buddies have been catching. I went to this shop for the first time on Saturday and asked the guy behind the counter for some help picking a rod out. He was great! He showed me a nice selection of rods in different prices, and explained to me the benefits of each one. When we got to the reels, Bill showed me a few different ones at different prices and again showed off each one. I had no idea you had to fish this way for weakfish, no wonder I’ve been having such a hard time! Just wanted to say thanks to Bill for getting me set up with the right gear, including lures and bait. He even told me a few spots to try! Came home that night with dinner for the family. Love this shop and I’m a new forever customer.”

Spoke to Alan on a Saturday evening before closing, he had no pistol in stock of what I wanted but said he would have a new shipment shipping Monday and have it by Wednessday and took my name on one of them. Never dealt with him but he’s seemed very nice enough to do this for a new customer on a very popular handgun (p365x). Reasonably priced. Can’t wait to pick it up”
