The jersey's have been excellent quality and the customer service has been prompt, courteous and professional. On the rare occasion there was an issue with my order , they promptly rectified the issue to my satisfaction. I didn't have to argue with them. As a customer that's all I can ask. His name starts with a R - that’s all I remember and he was VERY patient with me with my purchase. He’s probably the only one that should run that store because he was extremely helpful. The store doesn’t need the rest of them. I only gave 4 stars just for him.

“I bought the Knicks T-shirt that worth $40, I don’t know if the staff switch my size which was XL, when I got home it was a medium! Immediately, I have to go back and exchanged it. Luckily a staff (Carlos) remembered me buying the t-shirt XL because one of the staff took off the price tag, and Carlos was my witness that I purchased XL t-shirt.
