“After having been rear ended and trying to find a place to get an estimate for the insurance company Dan at TACS Autobody stepped out and knocked it out of the park. They fit me in the same day and were courteous, knowledgeable and quick! The insurance company accepted their estimate with no questions and they issued my check. Calling around so many shops would not even look at my car for two weeks. I highly recommend TACS for any service you may require and a personal thanks to Dan for making a stressful situation much more bearable. :)”

“We were traveling to Michigan when othe engine in our Honda Pilot began running rough and the emission light came on. We searched for a local auto mechanic and found Burns and Son just a few miles away. We called and they said to drive right over and they would check things out. When we arrived, Mike came right out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to order the needed part and put it in immediately when it arrived.While we waited for the part, he kindly pointed us in the right direction to grab some lunch. “I have an older Heavy Duty Truck whereby a small plastic piece on the Radiator had broken.Empire had the part, which is no longer available. It was dark, 6:30 at night and Empire said “run on down here and it’s yours”. If you have a radiator issue you’ll definitely want to use Empire. Got me back on the road at night, in the winter. “Great experience. My first time there. I went there today to buy 4 tires for my 09 Honda Pilot. I went in and was met by the front counter person. He was friendly, knowledgable and quickly looked up prices for me and explained the process. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, organized and had a tv. I was driving away in less than an hour. The tires run great. Good prices. Great experience. We'll be back there next time we buy tires.”
“So, I’m always extremely hesitant to go to any body shops or mechanic mainly because I’ve been screwed over by them and or are VERY over priced… going into a mechanic and or body shop can be overwhelming and intimidating. On 2/13/24 I got two flat tires which has never happened before, I googled nearest body shop and called THEY GOT ME IN AND OUT OF THERE in less than an hour!!! Not only that gave me an amazing deal with two new tires!!! I can honestly say it was the most calm, easy, and fast. I will never go to another mechanic. I trust this company and the ppl who work here. Extremely satisfied and beyond happy with my experience & results! I couldn’t thank them enough!!!!”
