“I stopped in to get a price on a 4 post lift, I spoke to a gentleman who had all the information I needed. The staff are Extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my questions. As I was leaving I realized my 32 Ford blew a brake line and the staff tried to get me a rollback truck to tow me home but ultimately we ended up fixing it in the parking lot. The staff would not take no money for helping me out, but if this is the way they treat new customers they absolutely have a customer in me for life. That is old school service at its finest, thank you again for your amazing help and hospitality. From my experience trust Total Tool as a company that puts service 100% ahead of everything. “We were traveling to Michigan when othe engine in our Honda Pilot began running rough and the emission light came on. We searched for a local auto mechanic and found Burns and Son just a few miles away. We called and they said to drive right over and they would check things out. When we arrived, Mike came right out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to order the needed part and put it in immediately when it arrived.While we waited for the part, he kindly pointed us in the right direction to grab some lunch. “If you're looking for a friendly, professional, and honest auto shop, Red Mill Auto Collision is for you! Unfortunately, I had an accident and needed to repair my vehicle. Our car was submitted on Nov 2023 and checked out Feb 2024. I know I can't believe it still! I mean, can you? Red Mill Auto took our car, not expecting it either. However, that did not stop them from doing an excellent job with our vehicle. They were patient, kept us as calm as we could be, they kept us abreast with every necessary communication. Been going regularly with a mini cooper- a car for which it can be hard to find mechanics that are able to deal with the unique programming requirements.Like any good mechanic they are in demand so it can sometimes be hard to get through and one needs to be proactive about communicating their needs. All that said my most recent experience shows their customer service is only getting better, matching the excellent work they do!”
“Couldn't find a shop that could do an alignment on my truck until a friend told me to contact Chuck. I am sure glad that I did! Called at 10am, dropped my truck off at 11am, and it was ready to pick up at 4pm. He fit me in his busy schedule and I am beyond appreciative of that. He also took the time to explain the alignment process to me and provided some tips so I don't wear out a set of $1500 tires prematurely. Though it was a small job for Chuck, it helped me out huge. I was told by most they were booked out through the end of next week. Stopped into Lucy's expecting the same response but much to my surprise, the guy behind the counter said he could help me on the spot, and couldn't have been friendlier. Within 15-20 minutes I was on my way with a new sticker and don't have to worry about an unnecessary ticket.”

“I took my car to several places due to it vibrating and was told it was just the wheels needed balancing....which I knew was not the issue. I explained to the big local dealership that my kid would be driving the car, so it needed to be safe.
