“Best experience ever! My dad and I share the line services and he had been with AT&T for almost a decade until bad things started to happen. We had a bunch of extra charges, also AT&T didn’t helps us with a trade-in process and they said the plan didn’t qualified to trade in, so at the end they kept my old phone and didn’t do nothing to fix the problem, so we decided to give it it a try with T-Mobile, we visited this store to made the transfer and we love it! We have been using the service for over a month now! And we are in love! “I was at this location about a week ago to port over my new phone. I was already a Metro customer, but my old phone got damaged and no longer turned on. I went in around 7:15pm and the store closes at 8. The rep, America, was helping someone else briefly while i waited. Once she started to help me, there was an issue with her system and what would otherwise be an easy process, ended up taking some extra time. Well, even though the store was closing, she was patient and persistent in helping me to a resolution. She called her supervisor, manager and even dealer support. She was kind, helpful and friendly! Whoever comes to this store and is lucky enough to have her help will be sure to have their problem handled. She is very thorough and clearly puts the customer first. Metro is lucky to have America represent them in such a customer-facing role!”

And helped me to my car with them (in the rain). This is my favorite 7-11. They also always have my silk vanilla almond creamer, which not every 7-11 does.”
