“I had to return a desk and chair to Amazon. I came from the ups store where the guys are always so nasty. They told me they didn’t have big enough boxes for me and that I had to go to Home Depot to buy them. (I saw big boxes) I said let me try the south shore mailroom and shipping center. Even though they don’t take QR codes, Donna and Melissa did everything they can, multiple prints to try and get a label which they did! They also did everything they can to fit my desk and chair in the boxes and were very generous with them ? thank you guys so much for your help I will always go there for my big returns and always feel so welcomed there.”
“This review is long overdue. We used Number 1 Auto Transport to transport 2 cars from NJ to FL about 18 mos ago, and they were excellent. We called a handful of companies, and most inspired zero confidence - they were either slick salespeople or downright shady. I never spoke to the same person twice. Number 1, on the other hand, really was #1! Brian was terrific - he was straightforward and always accessible, explaining everything clearly so there were no surprises. He addressed all of our concerns without any doubletalk and communication was excellent every step of the way. We really appreciated him/his team being able to accommodate us during a very busy season with very short notice. Managing an out-of-state move can be very stressful but Brian made sure our car transport was seamless!”

“I typically visit the lindenhurst ups store location, which I am not a fan of. The woman who is usually there is nasty and always yelling. At this location i was greeted warmly by a young lady and a young gentleman who helped me make my return and send my package out. I didn’t get their names, the one was a young gentleman with brown hair and the young lady had black hair and glasses. Thank you to both of them for making my experience here welcoming. I will be back!”

“Ok…so I live literally a 5 min walk to the Long Beach UPS….BUT that being said, I have NEVER been in Long Beach without them trying to scam me into buying a box for a delivery that does not need a box! The staff at Long Beach is very nice but they say the owner is the one who tries to scam people!
Now to WANTAGH…

“Store 5362 has such a nice , happy helpful and efficient group of employees. I stand there in awe of how easily they all do their job so well. They go out of their way to make sure they take care of you. It's not just for returning amazon. My husband had trouble scanning something and I couldn't print a newsday article. Both were complicated but this specific store is unbelievable... every time I go there. They work effortlessly and seem to really enjoy what they do. You must see it for yourself. “I accidentally returned an Amazon item here using the wrong QR code. 10 minutes later, I went back and told them and the lady at the register went to the back room for 5 minutes and found my package that I had originally brought. I was very impressed with the dedication she took to find it. She came out with the package and scanned the correct QR code I had and I was correctly issued my refund. I really appreciate how helpful and nice she was as this was top tier customer service.”

“I have never been to this FedEx and had a terrible experience. As a matter of fact, EVERY employee has been extremely helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and patient while I make my choices. I always have great experiences with the managers, but today's was the best. I picked up an order that turned out beautifully. Omar, the manager I dealt with, helped me throughout the process; from the size of the images to the paper to print on. I went with the canvas -- which I didn't even know FedEx printed on -- as Omar had suggested, and it turned out SO much better than I imagined. I couldn't be happier and am so excited to display the artwork!!”

Only complaint is sometimes it gets very busy especially during the last 45 min prior to closing time usually because some idiot walks in with 20 packages to ship and all of them are labeled wrong or something similar. Be prepared to wait if you arrive close to closing time which is 7pm m-f.”
