“We were looking for a travel stroller and my wife had three picked out. We wanted to see them in person and check them out. Looked up google maps and found this store. They had all the strollers to check out. Allie was very helpful and their price was the best. They offered 15% off retail price and 15% off theAccessories to the stroller. Very pleased. Go check this store out!”

“This is an AMAZING boutique that not only has some of everyone's favorite blind box items (smiski, sonny angel, etc), but also showcases and sells incredible products (stickers, bags, pins, plushies, jewelry, apparel, prints, and more) from a TON of NYC and Queens based local artists and small businesses.The staff at the store are super friendly and it's a really wonderful little place of sunshine and kindness in the city. I plan to visit every time I'm in Queens!”
“Went here a few months ago and was blown away by the spaciousness! Definitely more expensive than the other arcades and be prepared to spend more money. However, the merch and plushies are official and licensed, as far as I know this is the only arcade in flushing that does not have bootlegs so that may explain the higher price tag. I will say, I really liked the Lunar New Year promo they had and they should definitely have similar events more often to offset the difficulty and high cost-but at the same time, it's still skill and luck based!Machines are definitely harder, but ask employees for help! The last time we went, we were trying to win a derpy looking dinosaur, and it was very difficult (claw was too weak and plushie was very big and chubby) and the worker helped us reposition. The app did glitch and take away 2 tries for us that we weren't able to play, but the same worker helped us (I never got her name but she had glasses!). She was very encouraging and sweet and helped us win it!”

“Artist & Craftsman store for years— I’ve been so happy to find that the Williamsburg location offers the same level of warmth and kind customer service! Taylor and Abdiel helped me find some leather paints this week, Bryn and another associate (whose name is escaping me, sorry) helped me with spray paint/acrylics recently as well. Everyone was so patient and they never make me feel annoying for asking advice about the products. I will keep coming back, because the experience reminds me of home :) also the music always slaps. 10/10”

“The owners know all their products and are very experienced with importing merchandise that otherwise might be difficult to attain here in the States. From Transformers to Gundam, from Power Rangers to Ultraman, from One Piece to Jujutsu Kaisen, they’ve quite literally have it all. My brother and I will be frequenting this spot quite a lot in the near future and I hope anybody that is even remotely interested in shopping collectibles or hobby items that you will give this place a chance and fall in love with the atmosphere as did my brother and I!!”

“I've been on a retro gaming hunt recently. Sadly, there just are not the same amount of stores around that there were 20, 10, or even 5 years go. Went to PopnGames recently and this place is great. Prices were definitely fair, selection was pretty good and the owner was really nice. I went mainly to establish that this is a place I would want to come to for the future but also because I had a Super Nintendo arriving and I wanted at least one game to test it out. I left with two very fairly priced games. I will definately be back.”

“I'm so thankful to the staff there. The meeter/greeter was so pleasant in greeting me. And she thanked me for shopping there. That's a first for me and I was surprised. I cannot remember the young lady's name that helped me but I'm assuming she's a part of the management staff. She knew I had parked almost 3.5 blocks away and she told me to get my car and she's help me bring my rather large purchase put to my car. It felt good to get genuine pleasant vibes from customer service associates and staff.”
