When my boys were four and 12 they had their birthdays there they did really well with those and the last few years I've had to visit using my wheelchair they're very handicapped accessible and that makes me happy I've had a few good conversations with Thatcher in the education center, and Michael the farmer very nice place to visit and hike”

“Our Pre-K program goes to the library about 6-8 times a year. They absolutely love the library. They love Tina the turtle and the stories are always in sync with what we are working on. They also do a craft that they are able to bring back and take home. Thank you so much for making the library a warm inviting environment for the children. Katonah is very fortunate to have you!”
“Today we attended their egg hunt event ($15 donation) and as a first-time visitor, I was pleasantly surprised by the visitor center and all that the nature center seems to offer. The egg hunt started a little delayed but it's a lot of work to fill those eggs for so many kids. What I appreciated was that they had a smaller grove area for kids younger than 4, my son was so happy with collecting his eggs. The prizes in each were great! They also had arts and crafts tables while we waited. Thank you for a lovely event!”

“Great organization preserving wooded and open spaces for native wildlife and plants. They have many properties that are open free to the public for hiking. Parking is usually limited and not paved. Restrooms are not usually available.”

He took the time to explain their process to get suits to military personnel and allowed us to see their staging room. He was very pleasant and very grateful for the donation. The organization accepts cash donations to cover operating costs in addition to business attire donations. They also accepted clothes hangers and a clothing rack.”

“Store was fairly clean. A little crowded. Goodwill's prices have gone up some of the stuff is not really worth what they're putting it as. If you go to the regular store where it's brand new sometimes you can buy it for less than what they're selling it for. But then you'd have to shop around find it etcetera etcetera. I was under the impression that Goodwill was there for you to be able to get stuff out of you know a good deal cuz you wanted a good deal or you couldn't really go to whatever other store and buy for full price.”

“Patsy, Peter and the team at Textile Conservation are Fantastic . Their charge was to clean a 1960's produced embroidery piece that had suffered from a puffback and was filthy from this event. Categorized by Patsy as a folk art piece. Very appropriately called a vase of flowers.. So happy and satisfied with the cleaning. Easy to see why Patsy and her team are called upon for far more NOTABLE and Historical conservation of pieces I'm sure they would be proud to share with anyone interested to know. They love their work! Thanks again to the team for their meticulous cleaning of this humble family piece.
