“Two days before Thanksgiving - rush job to sharpen my carving knife. I was greeted by a friendly, helpful service person who did a great job sharpening my knife. There were a few customers in the store and we all shared a little pleasant chat. I left with a smile on my face and a comfortable feeling as I left a trusted local store.”
“One Source is a very large tool supplier that I like going to. I have been dealing with them for 15 years or so Bill is very helpful and the staff as well is friendly.”
“There is nothing like a hometown hardware store where the workers know every single thing they need to know in order to help you. Amazing customer service, fair prices, nice selection of necessities.”

“There was some new young white guy who I asked to lead me to someone who had my order, and he just fully ignored me and proceeded to talk to his co worker about a product in front of me, I was so confused why he couldn’t say anything to me or sorry when I asked someone else for help right in front of him. Even when he squeezed by he didn’t say anything no excuse me. Everyone else who works there is rlly nice so I gotta still give 5 stars they just lowkey need to train him better or replace him because he got zero customer service skills”

“We had a great experience from start to finish. Danielle was helpful in tracking down specific parts that we wanted. When a problem arose, she and Tony worked to help us get it resolved. We are thrilled with the service we received. Thank you!”

“It’s not hard to understand why north sea hardware in North Sea has a five star rating.
The absolute friendliest, knowledgeable and caring people in the hardware business in the Hamptons.
They take their time with the newest of homeowners to the most experienced plumbers and carpenters.
All they can do is help they go out of their way to explain and show you things. And if you ask them where anything is they’ll tell you the exact aisle in a millisecond..
As a realtor when I sell homes in this area, I always suggest people go there for help when they need it.
Just a great place stop in.”
