“Two days before Thanksgiving - rush job to sharpen my carving knife. I was greeted by a friendly, helpful service person who did a great job sharpening my knife. There were a few customers in the store and we all shared a little pleasant chat. I left with a smile on my face and a comfortable feeling as I left a trusted local store.”

“There was some new young white guy who I asked to lead me to someone who had my order, and he just fully ignored me and proceeded to talk to his co worker about a product in front of me, I was so confused why he couldn’t say anything to me or sorry when I asked someone else for help right in front of him. Even when he squeezed by he didn’t say anything no excuse me. Everyone else who works there is rlly nice so I gotta still give 5 stars they just lowkey need to train him better or replace him because he got zero customer service skills”
