“I planned on staying one night but ended up staying an additional night. I really liked this place and the staff working here were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and parking was easy. I would like to come back in the summer to use the pool. Bbqs are available on the patio as well and there is a large green lawn area. It’s a smaller property but I appreciated that. A quick drive to the beach and town and during the summer you could easily ride a bike to the beach.”

“Lovely staff, oversized rooms, and huge grounds (5 acre!) filled with tennis, volleyball, swimming, and firepits. This will be my go to Southampton hotel this summer.. (plus its the best rates in the area for value). I also love they have beach passes to check out. Will be coming back. Thanks for a great stay!Rooms: Oversized - definitely larger than most hotel roomsNearby activities: Tucked away behind the shrubs off the highway but a great access to venture East or into the town of southampton”

“Stayed here for a night. The rooms are average. The front desk service was friendly and accommodating. Very clean. They have a great variety for their breakfast. The 5 stars is for their AWESOME massive fire pit! We had the best time sitting there talking with people from all over different states in RI for all different reasons. They also have a great view of the sunset. We will stay again. It’s a convenient location as well. Right near our favorite restaurant Trattoria Romano”
