    Went here for a day pass on 12/26 and the gym is great. Excellent equipment, great dumbbells, multiple squat racks. This will be my go-to gym when I’m out in the Hamptons

    This place is dope. I use the day passes when I’m in town and am always pleased by what’s available.

    Hours are not great... Unfortunately the gym closes at 8:30pm during the week and 7pm on the weekends. If you work until late you won't find this gym very practical. Hoping the go back to pre-covid hours which were much better.

From Southampton Gym

The Southampton Gym is the newest of the Hamptons Gym Corp facilities, opening its doors in 2009. An extensive renovation of the former Omni Health and Racquet Club, yielded HGC’s largest location, providing 21,000 sq. ft. of workout space. The Southampton Gym is our most modern location, featuring an Olympic Squat Rack, Assault Airbikes, an Assault AirRunner, as well as Precor, Cybex, and Hammer Strength equipment.
