“I had a very positive experience overall. The team was professional and pleasant to work with, and the quality of the repairs was excellent. My car was returned in great condition and even cleaner than I expected, which I really appreciated.
The only area that could have been better was communication during the repair process. The timeline extended beyond the original estimate due to parts, and I had to reach out a few times for updates. That said, they did take care of the additional rental time, which I thought was handled fairly.
In the end, the work was done well, the car looks great, and I would absolutely recommend them.”

“I don't know where to begin. My husband Pete and myself have been coming here for years. It all began when my husband brought his motorcycle to Miike. The work was fabulous so we decided to bring our older car which in all honesty hadn't had anything done since we bought it my bad. It needed a lot of things done to it but Mike was so nice and told me what should be done most importantly till what could wait. This would not only save me money and time but it was a huge convenience. I have never been anywhere where anyone has done that, it's always they oversell you so much stuff and they push you to get things done that you may not have needed. I have never had that issue here with Mike and he is very nice and always willing to let you stop by or bring your car in even if he's busy he'll take a few minutes and help you. My husband does a lot of the dealings with them but on the occasion that I've had to go in and either see them in person or talk to them on the phone they are really Pleasant to me and they never make me feel like a dumb woman and they never over talk me so I know exactly what it is they're talking about they take their time to explain everything.
I would give them a thousand stars if I could because you can't go wrong with these guys.
