They didn't have a matching tire in the store, but I left the old tire and rim and they had it replaced and balanced early the next morning, sooner than promised. “I had such a great experience with Mavis in Fishkill on route 9. I got a flat tire in the morning and was driving around on a doughnut. I called Mavis and asked them to squeeze me in for a new tire. They immediately told me to just come on in and they would take care of me, JJ was extremely helpful when I arrived in discussing the type of tire and the options. They worked with my schedule and got the new tire on my car in the same day. Thank you, JJ and Mavis!”

After my car accident he helped me with basically the whole process telling me what I should do and who I should contact to get me through this tough situation. He makes time for you and is incredibly patient. You don’t find many people in this field who are transparent, supportive, nice, and knowledgeable. I would recommend AllTow all my friends and family I can’t express how great of a guy Renato is. This guy goes above and beyond and does not want to try and scam you and get more money out of your pocket like some other companies would. “Perry was the fourth detailing place I called this morning trying to get an urgent appointment to rid my car of the rotting food smell after spilling compost liquid in it yesterday. He was able to get me in this afternoon after some finagling with his schedule. Not only that, but he did an excellent job in just under 3 hours this afternoon - even got rid of the dog hair that’s been in my stuck on the fabric in my trunk for 4 years - and the compost stench is gone! He gave me a recommendation for a spray in case it comes back and also offered to run the ozonator in there longer if need be next week. He was super helpful and kind, and I think the price ($173 including tax) was more than fair (though I’ve never had this happen before so I have no source of comparison). Highly recommend.
