“Amazing, we came out of town from ohio and are car broke on a friday, he was pretty busy but was able to get us in and back on the road for a very fair price. Need someone like him back in ohio”
“We still use this place 8 years after moving 25 miles away! Best mechanic, honest and knows the best way to fix cars, trucks, subs! But crv just passed 210k with their expertise!”
“Kyle Shelato was an impossible customer to please. He is currently still driving his vehicle, with the Transmission we installed! As you can see he was quick to make several assumptions. The fact of the matter is, he dropped his vehicle off "in no hurry to get it back." $400 was taken off his total bill, due to the fact that there were issues beyond our control getting his Remanufactured Transmission in the time we had promised. After receiving his vehicle he chose to take it to the dealer, rather than contacting us regarding a leak, that turned out to be caused from a leaking transfer case seal. Even though the cause of the leak had nothing to do with us, or our work, we still paid half of the cost he acquired by taking it to the dealer. We also mailed his warranty information to him as promised. We are a small family owned and operated business established in 1993, and we take great pride in our work. We are more than willing to go above and beyond to help our customers in their time of need. As you can see though, some customers aren't pleased no matter what you do.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Lane’s Automotive. Every time I take my car there I am surprised at how competent they are and how they will go the extra mile to fix a problem and if it turns out to be something simple they won’t charge a lot of money even though they could. I have complete trust and confidence in them and would recommend Lane’s Automotive to anyone!!!!!”
“Just bought a 2016 Chevy Silverado with the 6l80 six speed transmission that was making a grinding noise, almost like when your going over the rumble strips on the shoulder. Called Bill on the phone & he knew exactly what was wrong & was very knowledgeable about this 6 speed transmission that are notorious for bad torque converters. Bill & his mechanic pulled the transmission, rebuilt it & replaced torque converter + then reinstalled transmission for a grand total of $1650!! The truck now shifts like new without any issues & no more shaking! If you have any kind of transmission problem Bill is your go to guy! Don’t be fooled into spending 5k on a new or rebuilt trani when Bills Transmission shop can rebuild yours usually less than 2k!!Service: Transmission repair”

“Went in to get some bolts. Guy at the front desk asked what I needed and found exactly what I needed based on what I needed it for. Saved me so much time guessing. Thanks!”
