“I was pleasantly surprised with such a nice store and nice selection of things. Came looking for women shoes and apparels, especially tennis shoes. Only 2 real offerings for true tennis shoes, and I’m not sure the Nikes really count, but there aren’t that many in the market in general and I’m happy enough with the Prince tennis shoes they had even if a little expensive at $99. Ended up also finding some super cool slip ons and will definitely be back when I need some new running gear and maybe even tennis gear. Also didn’t have a chance to see the whole store (it’s very big and I had other stores to see) so next time will check to see what their lap swimming swimsuit options are.”

“Purchased shoes a few weeks ago and they happened to be a mismate (two different size shoes) I work in retail so I know it’s hard with out approval from store managers and district managers to do exchanges. I spoke to the DM out in Syracuse and corporate customer service and everyone was amazing and helpful. I went back the next day (after the initial first rejection of exchange) and was taken care of and left with a new pair of shoes and cleaner that I absolutely love. From SM down to sales I really appreciate the help and excellent customer service ?”
