“Purchased shoes a few weeks ago and they happened to be a mismate (two different size shoes) I work in retail so I know it’s hard with out approval from store managers and district managers to do exchanges. I spoke to the DM out in Syracuse and corporate customer service and everyone was amazing and helpful.
