“This Chase Bank branch has kind and helpful customer service. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to assist customers in a pleasant manner.
The only downside is that the branch seems too small for the growing community it serves. Because of the high volume of customers, there are often long wait times, and the ATMs are frequently out of service or unavailable.
Overall, it’s a good branch with great service, but it would benefit from being better equipped to handle the number of clients it receives.”
