“I would like to express my gratitude to the Bank Manager of the Hawthorne Branch for helping me get my car started.
When I was about to leave, after visiting the Hawthorne Branch, last Monday, Dec 2nd, my car would not start apparently because of the cold weather. I asked the Branch Manager if she could give me some assistance which she did.
Since my car was parked on the handicapped spot, she graciously helped push my car so that there would be enough space to have her SUV jump my car with my jump cable. And my car started with just one click!

“I have been using the Pomona branch of Chase Bank now for the past four years and couldn't be happier. There is almost never a line at the windows and the tellers are always pleasant and helpful. When I walk into the bank, I am often pleasantly greeted by the employees who always make me feel welcomed. I had previously been using the Spring Valley branch, where the employees were generally pleasant, but there were nearly always long lines. At the Pomona branch, I am usually in and out within five minutes. It is always a pleasure doing business with them.”

“This branch went above-and-beyond for me so I feel strongly about leaving a 5 star review. I had an issue two years ago (Feb 2022) that no one at TD could resolve-- it was extremely frustrating (the person I was dealing with back then no longer works at this branch). Then in Jan 2024, I casually mentioned the issue to the Godwin Ave bank teller and he gave me the correct contact at Unclaimed Property... who then finally sent me on the correct path to get a check that was owed to me. Rasheeda Kamar was then amazing to work with -- and she followed through with everything (and even sent me reminder emails). Rasheeda was the gold star but I need to also give credit to the entire Godwin Ave branch (the current employees who work there now). Thank you for recovering my funds and thank you for being so nice about it.”
