However, the situation was resolved much more quickly than I expected, and the bank worked to restore access to my accounts promptly. I truly appreciate how fast everything was handled and the support I received. The lines are not that long and the staff and service here is impeccable. I would like to give a big shout out to Eden Germain who was so nice and helpful. In summary I'm really not sure about the negative vibes coming from those reviewing.”
