“Welcoming atmosphere!!! We've been to different branches of TMobile, and this branch in Spring Valley is the best. The staff is kind, approachable & professional. Amber is awesome and helpful too. The supervisor, Eric, makes sure all customers are attended to. I always recommend this branch in Spring Valley.... thank you!!”

“Good service at the Spring Valley offices at the entrance to the Food Fair.... Honorable attention to Miss Kerly with attention at the customer's level (it was more than half an hour of laughter during the purchase). In advance we hope that the bosses do not draw attention to it since for my friends and I it was one of the best attentions. ❤️”

“Really nice place with amazing employees. All kinds of cool electronics and other things to buy. Can send money and pay your phone bill and even put minutes on your phone. Worth it to visit.”

“Love it here, everyone is always so nice. Everything is so clean and easy to find. It's my go to store. Love the new drive up feature! Saves so much time when I have my little ones in the car. I think they have done a phenomenal job especially during COVID!”

“I was actually considering changing mobile carriers since I had such a terrible experience at another Metro by T-Mobile location. I have been happy with the service and was just looking to replace my phone but the person working there was not helpful in any way. Thankfully I checked out this location and Beilyn was working behind the desk. She quickly analyzed that I should just replace my old phone, helped me pick the right phone, and then set me up immediately with everything I needed. No slippery sales talk and numbers. She was direct with her responses, helpful in her explanations, and very friendly as well. It was a great experience getting a phone through Beilyn. The owner of this location should be very grateful and compensate her accordingly. We plan to come back soon to set my wife up with a new phone but only when Beilyn is working.”
