“Purchased a new iPhone and iPad from this Verizon location. Aneudy transferred all my information from my old devices to the new ones. He was extremely professional and patient. The following day, I realized I was not receiving my emails on the new devices. I went back to the Verizon location and was assisted by Isa’on. He spent more than an hour with me figuring out what was causing the problem. He ultimately resolved the issue. Great service from both of them.”

“I live in Brooklyn New York and I frequented many 7-Elevens and I've been to 7-Elevens across the country but I have to say this is one of the friendliest 7-Elevens I've ever been to. When I visit my grandkids I always take him to the 7-Eleven the owner's son calls me Grandpa he's as friendly as anything the whole staff is friendly it's just a great nice warm place to walk into. So if you're traveling anywhere near Monsey New York popping they'll be very happy to see you and you'll get a big smile.”

“Good day! My Kenmore washing machine wasn't working last weekend, so I set up an appointment and the tech was there in a couple of days. He quickly evaluated the machine, said what it needed and the price was fair. They needed to order the parts which is standard. I called Friday and asked what the status was. Joanne(very friendly), who answered the phone, told me the parts were due in on Monday and put me down for the repair on Tuesday, assuming the parts came in on time which they did. The tech was at my house this morning, did the repair and the machine is now working perfectly. So happy I reached out, will absolutely use Rockland Appliance Center again. Friendly staff and very professional. A++++”
“Stopped in at T-Mobile W. Haverstraw, was having trouble with contacts on my phone. Manny fixed it immediately. 2 days later started having trouble with texting on my phone and Manny worked diligently and patiently to help resolve it. I'm not a big technology guy and don't love getting new cell phones due to all the upgrades in technology between each phone. Manny did everything possible to get my 6 year old phone to work. He sat with me patiently on 2 different occasions to try to resolve the issues, turns out I needed a new phone. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else except to Manny to get my new phone. He set up the new phone and transferred everything from the old phone, I was there again for hours going through the new phone with all the updated features. Manny was amazing. He was kind, patient, diligent, honest and he was professional and worked super hard to make sure I was comfortable. Again he went above and beyond. In no time my phone was up and running and when I needed to go back for 1 visit for a final explanation, Manny was terrific. I love the new phone and that is directly because of Manny and his efforts. In the visits to the store and the time I spent there Manny was often the only person working. Many times he was assisting 2, 3, 4 and even up to 5 people at a time. He was always calm, professional, kind and concerned about giving each customer a great experience. Manny's customer service, professionalism and managerial skills are superb. The guy knows his stuff and helps each person, in 2 different languages, in a humble manner with an amazing attitude. Whether you're a phone expert or intimidated by the new technology, Manny is the guy to see. I'm not sure if Manny is the manager there, but he should be. I would hire Manny with his professional customer service, extraordinary people skills and helpful, humble attitude in a heartbeat. He is the heart and soul of that store. I have and will continue to refer Manny at the West Haverstraw location for everything and anything phone related.”

“I was actually considering changing mobile carriers since I had such a terrible experience at another Metro by T-Mobile location. I have been happy with the service and was just looking to replace my phone but the person working there was not helpful in any way. Thankfully I checked out this location and Beilyn was working behind the desk. She quickly analyzed that I should just replace my old phone, helped me pick the right phone, and then set me up immediately with everything I needed. No slippery sales talk and numbers. She was direct with her responses, helpful in her explanations, and very friendly as well. It was a great experience getting a phone through Beilyn. The owner of this location should be very grateful and compensate her accordingly. We plan to come back soon to set my wife up with a new phone but only when Beilyn is working.”

A heads up- I would highly recommend calling any Apple store ahead of time to triple check that a product is in stock, especially if it is a newer “hot” item. You can check online as a pick up order but it definitely is better from my experience to call ahead if they are able to check stock over the phone. We saw one second the Macbook was in stock at one store and the next morning, it was sold out. Stock definitely changes rapidly.”

“I would give 5 star because this is my regular 711 by work. But i gave 1 less star, since had issue for Lottery. NY state allows for Credit card or debit card purchase but they always say cash even thou i showed them what is allowed in what state as per lottery for payment. Not sure how this works so had to put review and ask what exactly is the thing with 711 at this location. Shoprit even gas stations allow Credit/Debit card for purchasing lottery. NY is one of the 22 states that allow using credit or debit card for purchase of lottery. Just want come clarification thats all.”
