“MJ went above and beyond any expectations of service. The shop closed at 5 on a Sunday and he was still helping me with the data transfer from my phone and pairing a new Apple Watch at 6:50pm. Didn’t just sell but was as tech savvy as Apple Genius Bar and reviewed all my Verizon plans to be sure I was in the best one financially and meeting my needs. If I could give 7 stars I would. I also noticed Roger another rep give excellent service to a couple that came in at 5 when the store was closing and remained with them till 6! And Roger Was Great Aswell”

Sales person (Joann)was very helpful in giving us options that would fit our space and giving us all information about how to prepare for delivery etc. price was same as big box stores that provide no service. Delivery and removal was all included. Delivery team was friendly, efficient and perfect (space was difficult to negotiate but they were pros. Thank you so much!”

“Randy, the store manager, performed the best customer services i ever experienced. The customer service was impeccable and professional. As he was multi-tasking, assisting and training his colleagues, also assisting other customers who needed assistance because of the Spanish dialect, he maintained his composer as well as maintaining the task of never forgetting about my service. He would be best needed as a regional manager because others who would follow his guidance will feel as comfortable as an employee as i felt as a customer. Anyways, prepared myself for the pain BUT THABKS TO Sebastian, Manager Jorge and Loron, I had THE BEST EXPERIENCE! All 3 were incredibly knowledgeable, Jorge gave me the best deal, Loron downloaded my info to new phone amd Sebastian made sure my phone was working properly before I left! “I have to write and praise three gentlemen at the Ramsey location. I went in a few weeks ago and the manager Joe (who helped me several years ago) assisted me. He was patient and answered all of my questions ( I had a lot) professionally. I purchased a phone, tablet and watch with his help. Once I received the items I went back into the store and was sad to learn Joey was on vacation. However, with the help of Aneudy I was pleasantly surprised. He offered the same professionalism and care and support as Joey. There was another man named Jesus whom also would jump in and answer questions if Aneudy had to assist another customer. “Good location with a decent sized parking lot. This 7-11 has most standard things. Good selection of beverages & ice. Decent selection of fountain sodas and snacks. I am a tea drinker, and the tea selections are decent and have a good supply of milks and creamers. The big draw for this location is they have an amazon locker here to pick up your packages. I use it for a quick in and out, or a morning cup of tea.”

“Went to 7-11 last night for some snacks. The gentleman that works overnight was very friendly and helpful. We bought a whole pizza for the first time. It was very good. It was pi day which I never knew about. You can’t beat that deal. Definitely prefer going to 7-11 over cvs they always have a good selection and are fully stocked. Definitely coming back.”

“I had the greatest experience and wanted to share because this is a company I never would have thought to use. My dad had shoulder surgery and needed to sleep in a recliner for 4-6 weeks. I called Rent A Center in Spring Valley. THEY WERE AMAZING! The very next day, a big cushy brand new recliner showed up. We soon realized that my dad will need one of the power lift ones so I called them and they are replacing it with one of those ASAP . In fact originally they thought they didn't have a power recliner in stock so they were going to refund me completely and come get it! All in all, it's costing us about $100 to rent the recliner for a month. And if he likes it, we'll buy it. Elizabeth went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Thank you!”
