459 E Main St, SpringvilleWe cannot put into words how thankful we are for Dr. Nachbar and his entire staff! Our 5 year old lab Allen needed a CBLO procedure for a torn CCL. From the consult to his 8 week X-ray follow-up, everyone in the office was thorough, informative, kind, understanding, supportive, and responsive. During the first 2 weeks of recovery, my husband and I were a nervous wreck, but we were able to send pictures of any concerns we had and the staff were always quick to respond. Erica was amazing, spending 20-30 minutes on the phone with us early in Allen’s recovery to normalize, validate, and reassure us with any concerns we had. Dani at reception was always super kind and accommodating when we preferred to wait in the car until our room was ready.
Dr. Gugino was amazing at our 2 week follow-up. Friendly, kind, and reassuring. Even though that was our first time meeting her, she treated us like she had known us and our pup forever!
Lastly, we can’t say better things about Dr. Nachbar! Not only is he super skilled at what he does, but he is always willing to answer any questions we have and provide a demonstration for clearer understanding. He is down to earth and easy to talk to. He made us comfortable the moment we walked through the door. Again, we cannot recommend them enough for your pups orthopedic needs!
