Having the experience of other boarding facilities , I have to say that I will always keep choosing La DE Da for there exceptional care , unconditional love and respect for our pup and for the owners! The staff are super friendly and actually take the time when it comes to any questions you may have! Prices are so fair and they never overcharge! Pictures are provided daily of your pup at bedtime which I loved to see! Overall if you want a place where you can feel confident in knowing your own et is provided for and loved as if they were in there own home then you found it right here!!!

The staff was very friendly, attentive and knowledgable. A reasonable price, and the haircut looks great. Will be making them my regular groomer and would 100% recommend to others.

He looks magnificent! I'm especially pleased in how they accommodated his special needs I would not hesitate in the least to visit the New Orchard Park Pet Spa in the future.

2881 Southwestern Boulevard, Orchard ParkKim is an actual angel on earth. We have a very anxious but sweet beagle, and we worked with multiple trainers over the years. He responded great with training but as soon as it was put to the test with stressors, the anxiety overrode the training. We had a baby on the way and met with a behavioral specialist vet who prescribed medication, but it would take a while to work. We took courses on the correct way to introduce a dog and baby and prepared as best we could. When we got home from the hospital, the initial meeting went great, and all was well, until she started to cry. He lost his mind. Pacing panting and jumping and then when we took her in her bedroom and closed the door, he started incessantly barking and rage peeing everywhere. I had been emailing back and forth with Kim, but the baby came a little earlier than expected. I sent her an SOS email and this literal saint of a woman called me immediately and talked me down asking questions, offering solutions and coming up with a plan with the upmost understanding, compassion and kindness. I truly do not know what we would have done without her. Mind you, at this point I had not hired her, paid her or anything. She came over within a day or two to work on our plan moving forward and she prepared me with very reasonable expectations, especially because there were a lot of complicating factors with our boy and she was not fully sure how he would respond or how long it would take to work. Luckily, he responded very quickly and life returned to our new normal much faster than any of us could have expected. I do not have words to describe how helpless, hopeless and despondent we felt after the first day home and we did not know how we would handle it or get past it and learn how to coexist. I truly don’t know what we would have done without Kim who helped us so greatly without judgment, after previous trainers made it feel like his difficulties were our fault. She took the time to truly understand him, and make sure that the changes we made helped him to still feel confident and comfortable in his home, which was important to us. I recommend Kim wholeheartedly, and know that she will do everything in her power to help with whatever issue you are having. Thank you Kim, we appreciate you endlessly!

6084 Powers Road, Orchard ParkI'm so thankful for SandDancer Canine Swim Therapy. My dog had knee surgery and we have been going to SandDancer for recovery. The facility is clean, organized and bright. They have an area sectioned off outside for before and after potty. They do have poop bags in case you forget yours. Parking is great. Our swim therapist, Ruth, is fantastic. Swim has been such a great way to help my dog rehab after his surgery.

For initial reservation making I worked with the receptionist Jillian who was so pleasant, nice and very mind easing as I was extremely nervous about leaving my dog for the first time. She calmed my worries and me feel comfortable in leaving my dog in their care. At dropoff it was again Jillian that took in my dog and again making sure every little detail of my dogs care was in their computer correctly which again made me confident that he’d be cared for very well. After the computer check in a young man took my baby back to his room, I believe he said his name was Jase? I’d asked a favor of Jillian if she could call me with updates and she followed through and provided updates as requested:-) Because of that I was able to enjoy my vacation without worrying about how he was. 🙏
At pickup a lovely young girl with long blonde hair said he did very well and that the staff loved him. ❤ The pricing is a little higher than normal, but it’s worth it. From my contact with Jillian and the kennel attendants, you can tell they have quality employees who will go above and beyond to make you and your pet feel welcomed, and like family! I will definitely be boarding there again and will likely do their daycare as well! Thank you Jillian and Eagle Ridge staff for a great experience!

She was compassionate, kind, caring understanding, Patient she was a godsend after we lost our Opie. Recommend her and pet Heaven To everyone, I know when they have lost their fur baby . I myself will also be returning once we lose another one of our fur babies hopefully not for a long time. Rachel also was amazing on the phone and she worked with us on setting a time to bring Opie home.
