They guided me through the insurance process and regardless of who was in communication with me, they were always on the same page. I did not have rental coverage on my insurance and they helped me find better rates then if I was to explore on my own. Most importantly the car looked better then new once they were done with it. John knows the industry well and answers all your questions with ease. He makes an awful process much more bearable. As I never feel like i’m being ripped off. Over the years my husband and I have had a few minor accidents until recently my car got totaled in a tire blow out (yes a tire blowout) no one was hurt or god forbid killed but it was scary and the damage was bad. “In all honesty, A&B Collision exceeded my expectations. Not only are they fast and efficient, but their customer service is truly exceptional. They were honest, professional, and transparent about everything that needed to be done. Initially, everything was scheduled through my insurance, including my rental. From the moment I walked into the shop, everything was explained thoroughly, including the expected time my car would be finished. Honestly, I didn’t believe them at first. On top of that, I was hesitant to add other services that I had been wanting to get done for a long time within the same time frame. But since I had a free rental through my insurance, I decided to ask about it anyway. I was nervous that adding personal services outside of the accident would cause my insurance to cut off my rental. I originally came in for my driver-side panel due to an accident, but I ended up adding additional work that included the misalignment front bumper and the messed up rear bumper that I wanted done personally. Somehow, this shop managed to align my front bumper, change my back bumper, and work on my driver-side panel all within one week. That truly amazed me. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and on time. My favorite part was the complimentary customer service the manager added, thank you so much. I am beyond grateful and would not hesitate to come back here. I hope to never get into accidents again, but if I do, I’ll see you guys then!

“I had a detailing done to my vehicle after it’s been through the last few snowstorms. My car was covered in salt with all of the little nicks and scrapes that go with a bad winter. Bob, the owner of the business, is so great in making sure your vehicle comes back looking the exact way you want it to — perfect! The detailing service was well worth it. My SUV looks like it’s brand new, better than the day I got it ! The entire staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. I only recommended G&G for your auto body needs !”

“Came in with a major oil leak on my x5M. They asked if I recently got an oil change and I said just last week. They stated the previous mechanic messed up my oil plug and they replaced it for me on the spot . No more leaks!!!! My other mechanic wanted $1500 to replace a bunch of parts that were causing the leaks. Automaster charger me $100!!!!”
