“In all honesty, A&B Collision exceeded my expectations. Not only are they fast and efficient, but their customer service is truly exceptional. They were honest, professional, and transparent about everything that needed to be done. Initially, everything was scheduled through my insurance, including my rental. From the moment I walked into the shop, everything was explained thoroughly, including the expected time my car would be finished. Honestly, I didn’t believe them at first. On top of that, I was hesitant to add other services that I had been wanting to get done for a long time within the same time frame. But since I had a free rental through my insurance, I decided to ask about it anyway. I was nervous that adding personal services outside of the accident would cause my insurance to cut off my rental. I originally came in for my driver-side panel due to an accident, but I ended up adding additional work that included the misalignment front bumper and the messed up rear bumper that I wanted done personally. Somehow, this shop managed to align my front bumper, change my back bumper, and work on my driver-side panel all within one week. That truly amazed me. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and on time. My favorite part was the complimentary customer service the manager added, thank you so much. I am beyond grateful and would not hesitate to come back here. I hope to never get into accidents again, but if I do, I’ll see you guys then!

“This particular powder coating business new level exceeded my expectations and beyond. It started with Stan who was so helpful with his expertise in helping me choose a color for my tow hooks that matched my brake calipers. Stan is a consummate professional who is super fair with pricing and allowed me to wait while he expeditiously completed the job. I read all the reviews prior to me coming here, and everyone is spot on about the whole staff at new level. I would give this place 100 stars if I could. “Amazing car wash! I went today at around 4:15 and was in a bit of a rush. I spoke with Javier and explained the situation to him and what I needed, which was a full car wash and inside cleaning. He broke down the three packages they offered and I selected the middle one, which was $50 and included a wax spray and a free air freshener. Javier was great and said he would work with me to get me in and out within 30-40 mins. The car wash was busy but Javier did his best and was meticulous with the cleaning. Not only did he help clean but he inspected as others were cleaning as well. I badly needed a car wash and considering that it was rushed he did a close to perfect job! I will definitely be back. I will add that they vigorously vacuum so if anything is on the floor of your car, you may not get it back as it may get caught in the vacuum. Also pay cash if possible, as you pay tax when using a card.”

“Started going to these guys when I got my new car. Got to say they know what they're doing. They work quickly and produce some quality work. They did a paint correction and ceramic coating for my car a few weeks after I got it, and now I just go to get maintenance washes every 2ish weeks. Car looks great everytime”

“I have a labrador retrieved and his hair sticks like porkipine on the seats. During years it’s been impossible to get rid of the hair. I have never been to a place that has done this AMAZING JOB on a “basic” car wash !!!. The car looks new inside. I was IMPRESSED with the kind of job they do.I was hesitant to come because of the reviews from 2 yrs ago I read about only dealing with high end cars. I gotta say they do deal with high end cars but they do just as good of a job regardless of who you are or what kind of car you have. I would 100% recommend them.They don’t have set prices because it also depends the kind of work they have to put into cleaning it. I know removing all that hair did not equal the price of a regular car wash. So be mindful when u take ur car how damage or dirty or how long has it been since you cleaned it or what year is it… it does matter. But, they remove the stains on the seats… I mean I could go on and on about how much of an incredible job these people do.Jerry is amazing, he owes the place and treats everyone with respect.
