“I am writing this review to provide heartfelt and positive feedback on two employees that work at Store #R152 in Staten Island, NY. I visited the store with an issue related to trade-in. Abiha Haider and Carl Power were the associates that I worked with.
I wanted to take the time to write this review as a form of gratitude. They were absolutely wonderful to work with! They were kind, patient, and understanding and took the time to work with me and provide a resolution. They not only made my day, but my holiday season! Throughout the whole process they assured me that they would find a way to help and had such a warm and positive attitude that put me at ease!
Normally, I try to perform transactions online, but after this interaction I will be performing any future transaction in store and specifically with these two associates! They are a tremendous asset to this company and I truly hope that some time is taken to acknowledge the hard working and wonderful people that they are!

I was greeted by Vanessa & Candy who took their time and listened to me. They then rectified my issue. These two employees are professional and obviously take pride in their work.
