“I had a great experience in this Lowes. A very nice gentleman, that was not even directly employed by Lowes, just a businessman doing his own business at Lowes, assisted me in locating several items I needed and even made sure to find me the best priced options for what I needed. That was very kind, because as a woman, I don't always love going into home improvement stores trying to find stuff.”

“Nice home depot! Nothing particularly austere (bad) about this place as it is spacious.

However, there was a lot of sketchy men in the parking lot that approached us when we're heading towards our car. They offered to haul our wood planks for us (presumably for money) and we told them that it is fine. But they continued to insist that they have to.

We couldn't understand them as we thought they were unscrupulous (dishonest) and we tried not to be impertinent (rude) towards them as well. After a struggle with the language barrier, they gave up and left. Definitely not contrite (regretful) for my actions. They should be grateful I did not contact staff and held punitive (inflicting punishment) actions against them.”
