“i would like to say i called up this coastal at new dorp for the fact they had a specific outdoor main valve, i called to confirm and the manager at this location was very professional and gave his time without hesitation to inform me that they have it . when i arrived it was there waiting for me .he was well mannered and and i told him i,m a member in a large congregation church and I'm looking for service like this to make my plumbing projects easier so i proposed to opened an account with this coastal store even though there is another one closer to my business but they lack the patience and expertise in helping a novice they just cater to the professional probably regulars there”

“I ordered some supplies for a project I'm doing at home. I went to the Bay Street office to retrieve my goods. Of course there was a problem but a very nice young man, I believe his name was Javier was quick to jump on the problem. I was visibly upset and he took time to assure me that everything was under control. In less than 10 mins he helped load my van and I was out of there. Because of this I was able to make the necessary repairs to my bathroom and pass my inspection. Thank you Coastal, always professional.”

“I had a leak in my bathroom sink. Turns out I had a broken hose in my bathroom vanity. It 25 years old. Had 2 different plumbers come & tell me it can't be fixed... Buy a new vanity. After going to 15 or so vanity/tile stores between staten island & new jersey, i find out no one makes eggshell vanities anymore. I finally went to the tile store where I bought the sink 25 years ago. I met the owner Anthony. He didn't have what I needed but he turned me on to a plumber who happened to know what I needed & happened to have spare parts in his truck. Within 1/2 hour my sink was fixed. Anthony called the next day to see how it went. He then ordered 2 spare hoses so i'd have them if I ever needed them. He went above & beyond. He could have tried to sell me a new vanity and he didn't. Bravo Anthony. I appreciate your help. Thank you.”
