After describing what I was looking for, they kindly informed me it wasn’t in stock but reassured me that they had just received a shipment and suggested I return in an hour. True to their word, when I came back, they had the item waiting for me! Their attention to detail and dedication to providing top-tier customer service is truly exceptional. When I went to exchange it, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. “Mr Karabaic is classy and very knowledgeable when it comes to fine menswear! He takes the opportunity to find out what your needs are and does not try to oversell you but fill the need! His knowledge of fabrics is uncanny and will fit you perfectly with a fabric that looks fantastic. All that being said, if you need a no nonsense expert for your fine clothing, Mr. Karabaic is that guy! Highly recommended!”

They were very kind and informative. Great prices as well. Larger selection of women's clothing than men's. The cargo pants were wonderful but I needed them in black, which was not available.”

“This store has a lot of great items and usually have the latest heat. The shelves are stocked, from shirts, socks, tees, hats and sneakers. Boots, jerseys and accessories. Associates are helpful, but one time all but one associate, a female with braces, who wasn't distracted by potential new customers and friends, actually devoted her attention into helping me, fulfill my order. Pardon the run on sentence. Store was clean , and I will probably return.”

I walked in with 2 items that had tags and were brand new but were the wrong sizes and were past the 30 day policy and we were able to find and exchange them for the same items. “I am only rating this place so high due to one of the staff there that helped me out yesterday. I was trying to find my specific perfumes that I like and I asked him to help me. He said he didn’t work in that department and was about to go on his lunch break but was willing to help me anyway. “I recently visited Ozinco and I had such an amazing experience. The workers there created a fun and welcoming environment. They were very helpful when I was having difficulty trying to figure out the best shoe size to get. I went with a friend, and they even laced her shoes to her desire liking because she doesn’t lace them the best. I would definitely come here again to purchase all my sneakers.”

“In a world where everyone and their grandma thinks they’re a sneakerhead/fashion forward, it can really be an Olympic sport trying to find a decent consignment/resell shop in NYC, at least one that won’t flat out play in your face or give you that snobby condescending vibe. With that said, I came by the shop (pop-up) looking to sell a few pairs of shoes, although I had styles he wasn’t necessarily looking for, Andrew was still able to give me a fair & respectable offer I felt comfortable with. The overall vibe of the place is authentic and welcoming; I didn’t get the chance to browse thoroughly, but they have a pretty solid collection of novelty items as well.Would highly recommend.”
