When you make the appointment you specify a time. When you arrive for your appointment they call you in within five minutes of your arrival. The technicians are professional and courteous. I have "shy veins" but they find one first time, every time, without poking around and causing huge bruises.

Quest diagnostics is a excellent place and the people there are nice , today I went and Ms. Lani took care of me and she is very good at her job and a pleasant person to talk to.
