“Due to being a fall risk with other physical complications, sometimes going to a UPS store with boxes can be difficult. On two separate occasions, I called the UPS Store In The Greenridge Plaza on SI, and asked if someone could possibly come to my car to carry boxes in to the store. The response was "of course" on both occasions. Not only did they help with the boxes, they offered to come out again with a receipt each time. Service truly with a smile on each of these occasions. Doing business with a company who goes the extra mile, to make sure to higher wonderful staff is very much appreciated. I would like to thank the gentleman for their kindness. I am uncertain but believe the names were John and Josh.”

“Cindy is great! I had to mail a return and she taped up my box and gave me the cheapest option (which is what I asked for). In and out in 5 minutes. Plenty of parking in the front and back. Will definitely go here again. They ship USPS and FedEx so she found the best rate for me.”

“Small office but people there are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. There is no parking in front of it, so most likely you'll have to walk some distance from wherever you'll park the car, and the street is filled with "No Standing" and "No Parking" signs so if you're driving - you better leave someone inside the car who can move it without you or just ask someone else to drive you to this office.”

“I've been using this UPS store since they opened. We've always had a great experience. Everyone has been kind and helpful. Today we went and had Jay. Jay was incredible. He was kind, friendly, helpful, and patient. We had A LOT of Amazon returns and he was so patient as we gathered everything. The other employees in the store were also friendly and kind. As the line grew, the other employees immediately stepped into help since we took longer than most transactions. Jay is a superstar!”
“I'm sorry to say I went to UPS this morning because it is closer and they don't even open until 11 so I made the drive to this fedex location, so glad I did! The gentleman at the desk was friendly and courteous and printed the label for me unlike UPS and guaranteed delivery by tomorrow. Thank you FedEx!”

These ladies are patient, respectful and helpful to all. I feel for these ladies especially when the lines are long and they’re trying their best to get the ppl out. Don’t anyone know how to read English and know how to address a box or fill out a form properly????? Ladies you’re doing an amazing job.!! If you don’t like the service here go somewhere else.
