“Small office but people there are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. There is no parking in front of it, so most likely you'll have to walk some distance from wherever you'll park the car, and the street is filled with "No Standing" and "No Parking" signs so if you're driving - you better leave someone inside the car who can move it without you or just ask someone else to drive you to this office.”

“Line is out the door and a worker asked if anyone had pre-paid packages. I had an oversized pre paid package and I’m glad someone tried to resolve the easy requests to clean up the line. I would’ve wasted an extra 30 minutes easy just waiting for a 5 second scanning process. I’ve been to many other USPS stores and it’s frustrating waiting in line because the easy requests are not expedited. 5 stars for the worker taking initiative and saving me time”

“Back on May 27th I parked my car in the USPS parking lot and when I got back to my car a Good Samaritan advised me that a car backed into my vehicle and drove off without stopping or leaving me a note of apology with their insurance info. (Found out later they caused almost $3,000 in damages). I spoke to the supervisor on duty about what happened, gave my information, and they were able to put in request to the security camera team and was able to provide me the footage of the car that fled the scene. This video plus a photo of license plate the Good Samaritan took was handed over to my insurance company who tracked down the driver and their insurance company confirmed their driver was 100% at fault. Many thanks to the USPS supervisor and the security team at Inspector Generals office for the expediency of providing the video footage. Greatly appreciate the Good Samaritan on that day!”
“I wasn’t familiar with using postal services in the US, and the staff were really helpful every time. They taught me everything I needed to know.
I took off one star because, while I was waiting at home for an important package holding phone in my hand… and they never contacted me and just left a notice. I lost a day and used to go there…
Also, the business hours are different from what’s listed. I suggested an update to Google, but I’m not sure when it will be approved (see screenshot made 11/13/‘24, source - usps.com).
