They very honestly removed the screw that had not punctured my tire at no charge !!The team brought to my attention that my inspection was about to expire- which I didn’t realize- and the mechanic completed the inspection, probably saving me a ticket! Excellent, honest and professional service! Highly recommend All Tire!!”

“The only tire shop I go to on Staten Island. Its never crowded. The shop is big enough to service multiple cars at once. I live in Clifton and I still drive across the North Shore to service my tires here because I know I will never have to wait and the men that work here are VERY NICE! I needed to replace my front tire and it was only $85 for a used tired on my VW Passat. Price are great. Customer service is everything!!!”

“Danny and the team aren't exactly cheap but they aim to do a thorough job and try to update you every step of the way.
I'd probably recommend you to do the fuel injection cleaning on your own but the other prices for engine tune up, spark plugs, and ignition coil were fair.”

“My battery was in the process of dying when I reached All Tire Company on Page Ave in Staten Island. I had to leave the car for a correct diagnosis, as the dreaded “CHECK ENGINE” message was lit up. Two days earlier I had lumbar back surgery, but had to drive for a doctors visit, and I couldn’t walk home, so I asked Matt about a car service. He immediately offered to drive me home, and then pick me up when the car was ready.That I didn’t expect. This was great and compassionate service. Good service leads to repeat business, which ends with higher profits, an owners dream. Thanks ? to Matt!”

“I've been going to West Shore Tires for around 25 years. The service is excellent and prices are comparable to anyone else in the area. To the people with frivolous complaints like the price of an oil change, do some research, the newer vehicles today use full synthetic oil which is much more expensive than the old conventional oil. Just do some research before you post ridiculous complaints.”

“Went next door to be told I can’t inspect my car due to my windows tinted which wasn’t the case. Having an out of state vehicle trying to register here was a hassle but these guys saw that my windows were under legal limits and in no time was able to inspect it. Also gave me a decent quote on pricing for tires and brakes. Will come back for other repairs when I’m not broke lol”

“These guys absolutely rock ?. I didn't know what to do first after getting out of an ambulances way, not much room to maneuver and hit the curb at the perfect angle to pop my tire. Called Express Tire in a panic and spoke with Cristian the owner. In minutes I had a tow truck, a tire and a great sense of relief. Tito at the shop was so nice as was J & J towing.. Everyone was amazing. Great service all the way around! Great prices and it was almost 10pm!! Much Love to Express Tire...your name truly represents your service!!!”

“I have a 2010 Mazda 3 and as a 15 year old car it has been reliable. However when something goes wrong, it becomes a question of how much? I recently got a flat and was towed to their repair shop. Guido Verdesoto, the Store Manager, could not have been nicer down-to-earth guy. I never met him until that moment, but he comforted me and took care of my needs professionally and without intent to make the most profit. I ended up purchasing two tires at a reasonable price, then discovered I had a cracked rim from the incident, whereby Guido who explained could not have the services to repair it there thought of numerous suggestions such as putting on a spare donut the shop had. You see, my donut was all rotted and I never bothered to replace it (mistake on my part) but Guido tried his best to see if the donut could fit. Unfortunately it didn’t but he did express great concern that the rim should get repaired somewhere as soon as possible with the notion the new tire will slowly deflate. Before leaving the shop I got a quote on brake repair work. Very reasonably priced. Guido never insisted I had to get it done right away, but because I had such a great experience with the tire, and then got the rim repaired, I went back to him to get the brakes done. The Mazda is running as good as new and feels super safe and secure thanks to Guido’s direction. I told him I will be a repeat customer as they are my new auto repair shop. Don’t bother to look elsewhere-Firestone is conveniently located by the Hylan shopping plaza, so there is opportunity for good down time and shopping as your car is getting repaired. To add, the shop was clean and felt welcoming. Auto technicians were friendly and looking to help their customers, not gauge them. Its refreshing a business like this stands today. Thanks again, Guido!!”
