“Found a 2500 Suburban 4x4 on eBay, If anybody knows anything about these particular platforms, then you should know that it's a very sought after truck, and it's very very hard to find one in good condition for a reasonable price. I already had my apprehensions about buying online unseen, but after just one conversation on the phone with Isaac, all my worries went away. Isaac was very honest, very forthcoming, and great with communication. He fixed critical things on the truck before he sold it to me, and threw in a set of new tires. Just the work and the tires he did on my truck would have been 2K or more at any shop. Did not add it to the cost of my vehicle.
I have finally found the platform I have been looking for That wasn't ridiculously overpriced, and it is in good shape, with lower miles.
Anyone buying a vehicle online that is 1,100 mi away from you knows the worries, again, don't worry about family Auto, They did everything exactly the way they said they were going to do.
Even after we had some issues with shipping, through no fault of Family Auto, my shipping portion was handled by eBay, however FYI, family auto has a network of transporter brokers to ship your car wherever you need it so if you're buying a vehicle from them off of eBay, I would let Isaac handle the shipping. Not saying eBay can't do it, there was just a few bumps here and there that made it a little bit longer than it should have. Again, not family autos fault.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from Isaac and Family Auto.
