I had to give a star in order to write a review. HORRIBLE PASSPORT SERVICE! If you want rude customer experience this is the place to go. The asian lady is the only nice person there but she doesn’t handle passport issues.

Why do you plan your schedule 3-4 weeks ahead? if you call 3 hours before the appointment and say you canceled my appointment.

Theresa Blain, the manager, is rude and not helpful. She should not work with the public.
