“My BIG BOY Cooper had to be seen for a few reasons & DR MELINA M was my angel I knew her from many years ago at a different vet and she took care of my two smaller babies and she was my angel then, ALL OF THE STAFF at 4 corners KELLY MICHAEL AND A COUPLE OTHER PEOPLE I wish I would’ve gotten their name were amazing with him giving him confidence and love!! “The best animal hospital on Staten Island, hands down! Dr Lynn and Dr Salemi did everything they could to take care of my baby boy. They listened without judgement and gave me honest advice that aligned with what we needed, (NOT like most other places that offer things you don’t actually need for money). My boy was in great hands in their care and I can’t thank them enough for the amazing service they provide. The front desk people (ALL OF THEM) are incredibly kind and helpful- they always helped me right away with a happy tone no matter how busy they were. “I've been a customer at Banfield since 2013 when I had my first dog..a female Yorkie ( Gucci). Gucci has since passed on but I remain a customer because I now have four dogs.lol ..Gucci (G2), Prada, Fendi, and Dior. I totally trust Dr.Cheng, and Dr. Tam, with my 4 children, and am confident they're making the best decisions for them. Scheduling appointment is easy and the staffers are friendly and knowledgeable. They've recently added staff which cuts down on the check-in/ check- out process. “Two weeks ago, my 13 year old Yorkie, Bella, needed to be rushed here from another hospital to have oxygen administered. She was having trouble breathing & the staff here took her in immediately upon entering & rushed to her service. Dr. Walsh was the vet on staff & she was truly one of a kind. She treated my mom and I as if she’s known us her whole life. Her patience and sincerity truly shined through, making us feel so comfortable to ask any questions or concerns we had. We went in not knowing what was wrong with Bella. Dr. Walsh was honest & broke down EVERY possible outcome , holding our hand. Going to the ER Vet is never pleasant, but doc made us feel so at ease and helped plan our next steps. My mom and I went home that night feeling relieved to know there are good people out there. Especially a vet... one that truly loves what she does and cares about all her babies.
This is coming from someone who has three dogs. They are my world & I don’t trust ANYONE to care for them or watch them.

“I absolutely love the way the surgeon Dr. Donchik and the vet techs were beyond sweet and kind! They answered all the questions and never once made me feel as if i was annoying them. My experience with them was amazing and they took such great care of my dog! While they were great, the receptionists are absolutely terrible. They are so rude and unwelcoming. In particular Juliana. She had a terrible attitude, she gives owners dirty looks, she talks to people terribly. she talks horribly about people after the call for questions and is very dismissive. She needs better training in customer service. Other than that my entire experience was other wise very well!”
