The customer service is on another level at Payless Carpet & Tile, You're not going to get better prices either. Vinny and his team have done projects for 5 of our families' houses the last 20+ years.

They’ve done work for us 25 years ago and again this year and let me tell you they are just as efficient as they were back then! They have fair pricing and do an overall great job. I would recommend them and will definitely use them in the future again!

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Vinny and his staff at Payless carpet. They were professional, courteous and went above and beyond helping my elderly parents with moving furniture, etc. The carpet is beautiful and everything looks AMAZING. They work efficiently and neat and I can’t recommend them enough!
