“I stopped by Stewart’s Shops for the first time while I was in upstate New York, and I was honestly surprised—in the best way.
I had heard a lot about their ice cream, and it definitely lives up to the hype. It was super creamy, rich, and unlike anything I’ve tried before. You wouldn’t expect ice cream this good from a convenience store, but they really nailed it.
The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Even as a first-timer, I felt comfortable right away.
I also tried one of their hot dogs, and I really appreciated that they offer beef hot dogs since I’m allergic to pork—that was a big plus for me.
Overall, it was a surprisingly great stop. Between the quality of the ice cream and the kind service, I’d definitely go back again.”

It’s the most organized shop I’ve ever seen; took my Porsche 911 there to have them put new sensors in my BBS wheels (they have a very high end tire machine) Scott fixed my problem and charged me a very fair price! “Obsessed with the maple French toast! The coffee is always hot, delicious, and of great quality. Plus, the prices are affordable, and the customer service is consistently outstanding. The only thing that could make it better would be if they started offering these new eco-friendly Cucoon 2-in-1 heat sleeves that unfold into a napkin. My coffee often splashes while driving, and having a napkin handy for spills or with food would be super convenient. It would be the perfect addition to their already fantastic service!”

“I love the Sitterly Road Stewart's. Thr staff are always pleasant and helpful. Making freshy sammiches and pots of joe joe. Y'all sell the same Pro Muscle Milk as Planet Fitness but a cent cheaper. I get 2 in the morning before the gym. After the gym I come back and get a coffee and a meat lovers sammich. This Stewart's is best in the region.”
“Heard they have some of the best apple fritters in NY. Will say they're actually better than most bakeries around. Read a recommendation to heat them up for a few seconds and it actually did make them slightly better. The glazed donut was good, reminds me of dunkins glaze.”

It was a soft, two-ply roll that unfolded smoothly, a stark contrast to the often-coarse, one-ply offerings found in many such establishments. The perforation was precise, allowing for easy tearing. The paper itself was strong enough to handle its intended purpose without disintegrating, yet gentle on the skin. It was a small luxury, a thoughtful touch in an otherwise utilitarian setting.
As a bonus, I discovered a forgotten bandaid in the dispenser, a lucky find for any potential mishaps.”

“Kirk was awesome. He pumped my gas for me on a cold day. The full service has prices are reasonable. Unfortunately they do not allow card tips, so I was not able to tip him properly. He offered to check my tires and clear snow off my car, after I said I only had $1 in cash to tip. Customer service in most places is not what it used to be, but Kirk is a class act.”

“This Stewart’s Shops location is an excellent, stress-free pit stop for anyone road-tripping or looking to juice up their vehicle. We stopped by specifically to use the Tesla Supercharger, and the entire experience was flawless.
The Highlights:
Tesla Supercharging: The chargers are fast, reliable, and conveniently located right in the lot. It makes the 20-to-30-minute charging window breeze by when you have a full convenience shop right next to your car.
The Coffee Shop: Instead of your typical, basic gas station brew, the coffee setup here is great. They have a fantastic selection of hot, fresh coffee and local flavors that make for a perfect midday pick-me-up.
Cleanliness: The restrooms were spotless and well-maintained, which is always a massive plus when you're traveling and making a charging stop.

The staff here really stood out. Even during a busy shift, the team was incredibly polite, welcoming, and greeted everyone with a smile. Excellent customer service that makes a big difference.
