From the second I walked in the door to shop until the delivery and set up today, everything was perfect . I didn’t feel pressured when I was shopping in the showroom (some stores jump on you when you walk in) , the gentleman was very helpful with my questions and measurements to make sure it would fit in my apartment . The delivery was fast and easy. The 2 men that delivered and set up my couch were nice and very professional . They went above and beyond when delivering today . 1000% recommend .”

“I went to the store on Friday, July 3rd. Atlantis was the only store that had same day mattress pick up available. Mike was super helpful, energetic and a great communicator. He helped me load up the matress in the van. While I was there, I also selected a couch. The price was very competitive. He gave me a 2 hour delivery window. The delivery the next day right on schedule. The installers were great. I will definitely go back there for future purchases.”

The staff at the Smith Haven store were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It can be intimidating buying a couch in pieces with different types of fabric and the sales associate I worked with was very patient and professional. She understood this was a big purchase and decision and was also able to alleviate any doubts I had.
The lovesac couch is easily the most comfortable couch I have sampled.
