Not only are they fully stocked with inventory but if you have problem to fix and have not been able to figure out a solution the owners often can make a suggestion that enables you to fix the issue. “I am truly grateful for the help Nick gave me. I called in at 4:55 closing time is 5 o’clock. Nick was empathetic towards my situation, I had no heat.
He gathered the parts that I needed to correct my problem . He left them outside the store so I could pick them up and not go through the night without any heat. He also offered me his personal cell phone and encouraged me to call him , and he would walk me through the repair.

“So needed a new front door lock, went to depot first and received 0 help trying to track down the correct lock, when I figured it out I couldn’t get keys and I don’t like the self service machine, now headed to Lowe’s in lake grove, fretted as I walk in this employee asked what I needed then walked me straight to the locks, he made 4 extra keys and tested them onsite… that’s what service is about…”
