“Brinkmann’s is a solid, reliable place to shop with a really positive experience overall. The staff stood out right away—super friendly, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist without making you feel rushed or overwhelmed. That kind of service makes a big difference. They also had what was needed when other places didn’t, and pricing felt fair and reasonable for what was offered. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, which makes finding items quick and stress-free. Overall, it’s a dependable spot with great service and a smooth shopping experience.”

He gathered the parts that I needed to correct my problem . He left them outside the store so I could pick them up and not go through the night without any heat. He also offered me his personal cell phone and encouraged me to call him , and he would walk me through the repair. This was truly a unique experience that will stay with me for a long time.
