“This has become my go to pharmacy. I have pharmacies closer but the staff here is great, personable and very helpful. George is absolutely incredible such a nice guy, he has an incredible personality and seems like he genuinely cares for each and everyone of his customers. The entire staff of this place front and back are exceptional. Local stores with staff like this are hard to come by I would I highly recommend switching from any chain pharmacy to this RX Express Pharmacy, I myself drive from Kings Park to here.”

Prices GREAT!!! Service was so attentive w/Maris courteous.....professional The Deli Department was booming!!! They had that line movvvvinggggg!!! What I love, is they have fresh grab & go's There seasonal department was gorgeously displayed Every end cap beautifully set & displayed I can definitely say my visit was ABOVE & BEYOND HIGHLY SATISFYING & worth it!! Tom & Kathleen had my order rung up & bagged in no time...fassstttt is an understatement ECO Friendly bags,LOVE THAT One bag at a Time Stop&Shop Saving the planet People were literally working all over & good old fashion mannerisms... This gentleman actually stopped to help me with my cart..... “UPDATE:After my previous review, i was able to speak ro a very helpful and friendly member of the pharmacy team and explain some of my problems and concerns. The person went out of her way to address my issues and explain ro me how certain things go with stocking and insurance, and helped to resolve some of my worries. I will be returning for another try! I recommend this pharmacy ro anyone who is disabled and needs a close relationship with their pharmacy. If you don’t get answers immediately, be a little persistent. The pharmacist will investigate for you!!I am very saddened to have had to leave this pharmacy in recent months. Having been a long time customer for years prior to the transfer of ownership, it's very disappointing. I will say that the pharmacy team is friendly and they do their best to help. However, for me personally, there have been too many problems with stocking and ordering of medications since the new ownership. Some of the people who answer phones are not always friendly. They will say they ordered medication, and when you call the next day, it either was not ordered or it did not come in. It is also sad to see a lot of previous staff members left, The purpose of this review is not to bash the pharmacy. My hope is that it helps improve things for the future. As someone who is disabled and homebound, the deliveries were a big help, but it becomes an issue when you can't get your medication. I have many underlying medical issues and take many medications, so it is something I can not gamble when other pharmacies are able to order with no issues. I have since had to move pharmacies, but in the future, I hope this pharmacy can improve so I can try again, because, in fairness, I did enjoy my experience only until recently,”

“Mark and his staff are friendly, courteous and always ready to go the extra mile. I chose Quality after my former Pharmacy closed several years ago. Honestly, I did not even know they were there. Had I known I would have chosen them from the start. Mark is always available to answer any questions, and if he is busy he will call back or give a time to call him back. 5 stars are not enough to indicate the level of care given to his customers. “Tomkin's pharmacy was definitely a breath of fresh air after using chain pharmacies for a decade and then using mom and pop pharmacies that just wanted to take advantage of you and overcharge you. Darryl was the best and always extremely compassionate and just always a good experience. Since the new ownership it's still been a pleasant experience I'd never go back to any other pharmacy even when I need random items I'll go out of my way to go in there as opposed to Walgreens or shop rite.”

“I was really Shocked , I heard their Radio Spot & took a chance , I'm a 1st time user & had Ordered online 4 Perscriptions for my Dog Louie after 7p.m. when they were Closed . To my Amazement i got them Delivered to me by 3p.m. the next Day & i live out in the Moriches . I am Blown away with these Folks & i saved about $30 on all 4 Meds . GREAT JOB PET DRUG STORE !!! Also Great Communication as they keep you a wear of the Order Status via E-mail .... What more can you Ask ? You a Customer for as long as Louie is still with us . Thank You & will call next month.”

“I have been to other pharmacies to pick up prescriptions for family members and have found none that compare with this pharmacy. They are efficient. I have never waited in line. They are very professional and courteous. They called me after a prescription was ordered to let me know about a drug interaction and made a point of mentioning it again when I went to fill the prescription. When my health insurance recently changed Kathy called the carrier to make sure it was activated helping me to avoid paying out of pocket for the antibiotics and she stopped me from being billed for a doctors appointment earlier in the day. I can not express the gratitude and the piece of mind I have when they fill my prescriptions.”
