“As someone unfamiliar with the shipping process, I encountered a very nice staff member here. He clearly explained what I needed to do, making the entire process quick and comfortable. Additionally, the location is easily accessible and parking is convenient.”
“Really great USPS location that's clean and has wonderful staff. Line usually moves fast and the postal staff are very helpful. Always assist in making sure that the cheapest shipping possible as well. Postal carriers are the best as well, appreciate them!”

“I always love coming to this post office. Every time I’m there the lady at the front is very nice and humble. I sometimes come with so many packages and she always scans and puts them in the back without any problem. This is probably the best post office I’ve been to living on Long Island. The service is always a 10/10.”

“I Go to the Coram post office almost every day. The clerks at the windows are some of the nicest, most professional people you'll ever deal with. Ken,Jennifer,Joe and John are Exceptional! The USPS are lucky to have them. Keep up the good work guys!”
“I live on the borderline of Farmingville & Selden and prefer to go to the Selden Post office for shipping. The employees are fast and always very polite and unlike the Farmingville Post office the employees in Selden handle my packages carefully. Whenever I ship thru Farmingville at least 2 out of every 5 arrives damaged.”
“One of my packages had gone missing, and I stopped by just four minutes before closing, fully expecting to be turned away! Instead, the manager went above and beyond. She took the time to open whatever she needed to and made sure I got the answers I was looking for. She was kind, professional, and incredibly determined to help. Thanks to her efforts, she was able to track down where the package was. It was then delivered to my house the next business day! It's not often you see that level of care and follow-through. Huge thank you to the manager and the team for turning a frustrating situation into a great customer service experience!”

“Came here to mail out a package on a Saturday right before closing when all other post offices were already closed. Within minutes from closing, Jake was super friendly and helpful and did not appear rushed or agitated. He greeted everyone with a nice smile and even made some lighthearted jokes. Thank you Jake for brightening my day as I’m sure the same went for the other customers you had ahead of me.”
“I don’t think it’s fair that no one has ever taken the time to review the counter service at our local Post Office. I am there on a regular basis, as I run on online yarn business. I am always met with polite, professional, service! Even during the stressful holiday period. We live in a time when everyone is quick to complain. I want the Post Master to know that I never see sending my packages as a chore, and that’s because of the staff working there. Kudos??!”
“I can't say enough about Susana at this location who went way above and beyond helping me with a critical situation. An error was made in addressing a package when someone moved and some very important documents were lost. Susana took control of the situation in an expedient, patient, caring and professional manner. It was amazing that in a facility which handles so much mail every day she was able to locate the package and promptly get it to its correct destination. Susana was humble and acted as if she did it every day and just shrugged it off. Meanwhile, on the other end of the phone all I could think of was Superwoman. I hope that this is put in her employee file and at her next review is remembered. I also hope she is considered at the next review for employee of the month. She certainly has my vote. Thank you again Susana. You will always be the Superwoman of Smithtown to me.”

“This is my hometown. This is the eagle as we call it. Flaps its wings on the hour. It hasn't worked and I don't even know how long like 40 years? I can't remember the last time it flapped I think it was in the '80s sometimes and it wouldn't even flap on the right time at all or even consistently during the day night or whatever.
So they just fixed it. It's all beautiful and I wanted to go down and take some pictures of it and just be in that space again.
It's such a beautiful post office. Probably one of the nicest ones on the island for sure. Especially with its unique eagle.
You did such a good job restoring it It is absolutely gorgeous. I didn't even see it in the best of light but it is magnificent.
