“I’ve been to this post office many times, and Pablo is always so kind, genuine, and truly caring. Yesterday I went in to weigh my daughter’s wedding invitations because I wasn’t sure how much postage they would need. Pablo patiently helped me with every single invitation, making sure the postage was exactly right, and even double-checked everything with his supervisor so I would have complete peace of mind.
Today, when I came back to send the invitations out, Pablo immediately recognized me, took the box, and told me he would personally take care of everything. He understood how important my daughter’s wedding is to our family and wanted to make sure the invitations arrived safely. He was so warm, sincere, and happy to help that I felt completely reassured. I left feeling so grateful and relieved knowing that the invitations were in good hands and that it was one less thing for me to worry about. His kindness, patience, and big heart truly went above and beyond. Thanks again, Pablo!”

“I had an issue with my time sensitive package that went to the wrong location twice. It was not the fault of the Ringwood post office, but the final destination was Ringwood. The gentleman at the Ringwood post contacted me everyday to update me & assure me that my package would get to me, even if he had to retrieve from another facility himself. He went above & beyond in my opinion. I received my package later than scheduled, but still in time for what I needed. I am grateful to the gentlemen at the Ringwood post office, he went out of his way to help me when other post offices mixed up my package.”
“I’ve been coming here for a while now. The counter people are super nice. The rest…. We’ll USPS is my last choice with any packages. They lie and pass the buck with the worst of them. I sent an overnight package cross country and the carrier ON VIDEO went to the door, looked around and left. No notice, knock or doorbell. The same carrier came back the next morning, signed my clients name (incorrectly) and dropped it in the mail box. They denied me a refund with no explanation. I have the cure… it’s ongoing ???”

“The people that work out of the Wanaque post office are very helpful and go out of their way to help their customers it's a shame that USPS is such a terrible organization that when you have a problem you cannot get in touch with any body it is Mid March and we are just getting some Christmas cards delivered UPS just outright sucks”

Also, the town isn’t all that big, if they set out at 07:10 to do their route(s), then why is it that In almost 10 hours it hasn’t arrived. I live not even 2 minutes away. “Amazing experience. USPS lost a very important document. The Tallman postmaster, Baird, went out of his way to help track the document by emailing numerous times the facility where it was lost. After many days, he wrote a letter and sent the copies of my documents to the party it was originally intended, and explained the situation after taking full responsibility on behalf of the US Postal Service. He was a real gentleman! Tried solving the problem as if it was his document that was lost!”
