“This place is definitely unique n a warm environment. I never felt so relaxed n comfortable. The whole process was quick and easy. I only gave it 4 stars due to the lady who u sign your papers with having a cold n unwelcoming attitude, which can be unpleasant when u are already making a life-changing decision. Other than that everyone was super nice n friendly. 10/10 would recommend.”

“We were on a road trip when we suddenly heard a terrible scraping sound under our car. It turned out the splash guard had come loose after an oil change the day before, where it apparently wasn't reinstalled properly. I believe the person who helped us was Kyle, and he was outstanding. He was incredibly kind, professional, and had us back on the road in no time. We really appreciated his help and would 100% recommend this shop.”

“Juan saved my 2016 Nissan Altima from bad transmission problems. I had issues starting the car and there was a time when it shut off at a red light. After getting my transmission fluid, brake fluid and battery actuator replaced, my car has been running as good as ever. I opted to replace my battery for good measure, and Juan had no problem installing it as a precaution to my actuator problems. He also hooked it up with a bumper clip and got rid of my unsightly Gorilla tape from the front right side of my bumper. He’s a very friendly professional with fair pricing and honest integrity. I definitely will be returning to have my brakes and headlights looked at shortly enough. Highly recommended!”

“Came here yesterday- mounting, balancing and alignments for 4 new tires. In and out, no fuss no bull. To some it might sound weird as a review, but this was THE easiest time I ever had at a mechanic. There's about 25-30 mechanics in the same neighborhood and they ALWAYS suggest I get something else fixed (very annoying). Tony's was REALLY hospitable and quick. Will DEFINITELY come back.”

“this has been my local repair shop over a decade now, since before it became BR and as far back as when it was a Sunoco before it became an Exxon. the full service has guys are always polite and stand out in the freezing cold, rain, or summer heat. i tip them 1$ every single time cause it's the right thing to do. the mechanic bays kept the same employees for many many years. most recently there is new guys working there and only 2 familiar faces left, but the quality of the repairs and fairness has not gone away in over a decade!”

“I looked at a lot of shops in Queens and they were the first to give me an itemized estimate as opposed to just looking at my car for 30 seconds and giving me a crazy high price like the other shops.I needed some collision work and my car looked just like it did before the accident. The price for the work they do is the amazing and the constant communication from Ray was very reassuring. Overall a very positive experience. Thank you guys for the work you do and I would definitely recommend this shop.Service: Body & Trim”

And I will never forget that day that I was on a 4 hour car line waiting to see if I was gona get lucky and get gas! I was running on fumes and drifting down the hill and made it to the gas station finally and I was able to fill up a very empty gas tank!. + their gas prices are always cheaper than the rest of Queens! “Self-service car wash: $8 Vacuum: $2.50 Air for tires: $1.50 Being able to do all your own car care after hours without waiting in line: priceless The cashier gave me quarters without hesitation. There are ~3 car wash slots and 2-3 vacuums. Will have to try a burger at the counter restaurant inside the gas station next time.”

“I was in the front lines and caught Covid March 2020 extremely badly. So about 2-3 month later, I finally got better and realized my car wouldn’t start or cutting on and off even it did. To my surprise, I got my silver ford fusion to the only shop opened and available. They fixed the problem (bx rats had eaten my wires completely for an entire month on the street and set up shop) immediately. I will never forget the kindness and compassion I received from the owner and his hard working staff. They never tried to up prices on me or take advantage of me. They gave me tips on how to combat the problem and I will forever be grateful. Thank you! You have my support always!!!!”

“Adam the attendant who fills my gas is the just great. He’s always so nice, personable and such a hard worker. Rain or shine the man has a smile on his face and I’ve never enjoyed filling up gas more than I do at this BP location! This man should be a manager but nonetheless he deserves recognition for being so kind! Adam thank you for always being so welcoming :)”

“It was late night/early am, they were thoughtful enough to ask if I knew how to use a gas can then proceeded to take the time to show me. Also filled it up for me. So helpful. So thankful.”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

With its funny billboard ads, award-winning clean bathrooms, and branded items Buc-ee’s is hard to miss. The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. And it's working - the chain has a huge fan base, with Facebook groups dedicated to Buc-ee's having hundreds of thousands of members.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
