The programming is smart, balanced, and scalable to all levels. The coaches bring a great mix of technical knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine care for their members. The environment is positive, supportive, and motivating — something that’s hard to find and even harder to maintain.

Although I ultimately found that CrossFit isn’t the right long-term fit for my personal training style, I left Peak 180 with nothing but respect for the team and what they’ve built. It’s a top-tier facility for anyone looking to train hard, learn proper technique, and be part of a welcoming fitness community.”

“Great gym BUT there is no spray bottle/disinfectant to wipe down the equipment! They have paper towels... And people do sweat like mad in this Gym!It's got everything: Dumbells 200lbs, Ring, lots of racks and machines.4 stars cause of no sanitary items.”

“I’ve been a member of Orangetheory for nearly 3 years, and I joined the Syosset studio about a year ago. The staff here is absolutely the best they’re friendly, professional, and truly care about their clients. The coaches pay close attention to detail and tailor their guidance to help you reach your specific goals. The workouts are always challenging but fun, and the energy in the studio is so motivating.
This location has genuinely become my happy place after work. The community, the cleanliness of the facility, and the supportive environment make it stand out from other studios I’ve been to. “I was very hesitant about trying Crossfit, with all of the negative things that I have heard about it. But felt I needed to finally give it a try in this season of my life. Anyway this place smashed any preconceived notions I held!!I mostly take class with Dom, and he is exceptional. Very much form focused, and super supportive. The workout are enjoyable. I think that they're as challenging as you want them to be. And he always scales your workout for how your body is on a particular day. But I always walk out feeling phenomenal.This place has a strong community, where everyone is so friendly, supportive, and welcoming.I can definitely see myself coming here for a very long time!”

“I had such a positive experience at this gym, thanks especially to Aisha. She was incredibly helpful and welcoming—she took the time to show me around the facilities and made me feel comfortable in what can sometimes be an intimidating environment for an older woman. Aisha eased my worries and connected me with trainers and staff who were a great fit for my needs. I also appreciate that she checks in with me whenever we cross paths—it really makes me feel valued. The gym itself is always clean, and the people there are friendly and supportive.”
