“I've had my red wing boots for like 6 years and love them. The inner sole insert had gotten completely destroyed over the years. Went in today and bought the ortho inserts or whatever. Boots feel brand new. Arianna was a big help. They had three tiers of new inserts and i got the more expensive ones which were like $80 but there were options for $45”

“Can't say enough amazing things about this store. Shopping for shoes has always been difficult for me for some reason, I tend to over-analyze too much and am so indecisive. The staff was so patient though and spent a ton of time with me making sure that I was able to try on a million different shoes, make sure it was the right size, style etc. They have a really great selection too and are very knowledgeable as I also have over-pronation.I usually buy everything online but with shoes I really wanted that personal service to make sure that they fit and that I liked them. This way I can save myself from spending a million dollars online and then have to return all these shoes, and then probably forget to return half of them. You know how that goes... I'm so glad that this store is local and I was able to go in.They were also extremely accommodating one time when I had to make a return, as they stand by their products and service and ensured that I was able to switch into something else that I was comfortable with.Definitely an awesome place to buy shoes - thank you so much Birkenstock of Huntington!!!”

“Recently priced women's clothing. Usually can find something not run of the mill. However, this trip, the staff was subpar. As I was upstairs in the dresser room there was never anyone available to help me. When I checked out, the woman literally crumpled my purchases in a bag.”
“My family and I came to make a return from an online purchase my older son made for me for my birthday. We had the pleasure of meeting Datrell, a sales associate, and he exceeded our expectations. He saw and understood each of our needs based on our field of work, even my youngest son, who has two different-sized feet. He had the time and patience to explain everything, down to the numbers on each style of sneakers and why they are numbered. “Recently bought my kids new sneakers and sandals for the season. Very professional and kind service. The real kids shoe store experience, where you get a lollipop at the end and walk out in your new shiny shoes. Turns out I thought my kids’ feet were a whole size smaller than they were!! So glad I stopped in here. The salesmen was also very honest and when I wanted to buy sandals for my son, he told me that the ones my older daughter was wearing that day could be passed down to him!
We walked out with great fitting Nike sneakers for both, fantastic SOFT (no ouchies!) Italian sandals for my daughter.
