I had booked through Budget and was sent to Avis for pickup. It caused longer lines for pickup. Staff was helpful when I finally got to counter.

Great experience renting a car from Avis at Syracuse airport. 5 minute check in process and even faster return. Traveling with a 1 year old, it was exactly what our family needed. The car was also pristine, very clean, no smell, couldn’t recommend enough.
