Certain guys in Syracuse branch are not reliable. They say your parts will be in next week, but you would sometimes be lucky if they even order them. Disorganized!

Sean Honan at the front counter is the guy you wanna talk to. Very knowledgeable and great attitude. I exclusively goto him whenever I'm getting material. They also have reasonable material prices.
